Shipping at a Glance

• Shipping from Germany (usually on the next business day after receipt of payment)
• No partial deliveries
• Shipping providers: depending on the destination country, DHL, DHL Express, or UPS
• For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs/import charges may apply (see below)

Delivery Countries

We deliver to Germany, the EU, Switzerland, the UK, and the USA.

Shipping Costs

• Germany: 6.90 EUR
• EU (excluding Germany): 15.00 EUR
• Switzerland: 25.00 EUR
• UK: 25.00 EUR
• USA: 40.00 EUR

Delivery Times (Approx.)

Delivery times are non-binding approximate indications (in business days) and may vary depending on the season/customs clearance:

• Germany (DHL): approx. 2-5 business days
• EU: approx. 3-14 business days
• UK: approx. 14 business days
• USA (DHL Express or UPS): approx. 3-7 business days

Prices, VAT and Non-EU Orders

• All prices are final prices incl. statutory VAT where applicable.
• For orders with a delivery address outside the EU, German VAT is generally deducted automatically at checkout in order to avoid double taxation.
• Import VAT, customs duties, and other import charges must be borne by the customer. The amount varies depending on the country/state and is outside our control.

Order Value Limit Outside the EU

For delivery addresses outside the EU, orders may be limited to a goods value of EUR 1,000 per order (for example due to customs formalities).

• PayPal

Important Notice Regarding Refusal of Acceptance / Failure to Collect

Please do not refuse acceptance of a shipment. If a shipment is returned to us because acceptance is refused or because it is not collected, additional costs may arise (for example return shipping costs, handling fees, and, where applicable, customs costs). To the extent legally permissible, we may deduct these costs from the refund amount or charge them separately.

Please note: For delivery addresses outside the EU (for example Switzerland, UK, USA), returns are not possible. In such cases, a right of withdrawal is excluded unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise. Your statutory warranty rights (for example in the case of defects) remain unaffected.
